Leaves 2, 80–200 × 3–4 mm, folded. Flower stem 100–200 mm, 1–5-flowered. Flowers 12–15 mm across, pale yellow with dark brown markings. Dorsal sepal projected forwards, 6–9 × 4–5 mm. Lateral sepals deflexed, 12–18 × 1.2–1.8 mm. Petals obliquely erect; stalk 4–6 mm long, brown; blade nearly round, 6–9 × 4–5 mm. Labellum 6–8 mm long; lateral lobes 2–3 × 0.8–1.2 mm; midlobe ovate, 4–6 × 4–6 mm. Callus ridges 2, c. 5 mm long, divergent.
