Dorsal sepal obliquely erect or recurved, 9–12 × 5–6 mm. Lateral sepals deflexed, 17–22 × 3–4 mm. Petals widely spreading or recurved; stalk 4–5 mm long, brown; blade ovate, 8–10 × 7–9 mm. Labellum 13–16 mm long; lateral lobes 6–8 × 3–4 mm, toothed; midlobe broadly ovate, 11–13 × 12–14 mm, flat. Callus ridges 2, 4–5 mm long, flattened.
