Leaves 2–4, 50–180 × 1–3 mm, straight. Flower stem 60–250 mm, 1–3-flowered. Flowers semi-nodding, 25–40 mm across, golden yellow to orange-yellow with few dark central streaks. Dorsal sepal obliquely erect, 9–17 × 7–13 mm. Lateral sepals obliquely deflexed below labellum, 15–25 × 2–3 mm. Petals horizontal or drooping; stalk 3–6 mm long, green; blade narrowly ovate, 10–18 × 5–8.5 mm. Labellum 14–22 mm long; lateral lobes 3–5.5 × 2–3 mm, deeply toothed; midlobe broadly ovate, 10–15 × 8.5–13 mm. Callus ridges 2–4, 7–10 mm long, densely papillate.
