Leaves 5–9, tufted, 50–200 × 3–4 mm, straight. Flower stem 150–350 mm, 1–4-flowered. Flowers semi-nodding, 15–30 mm across, bright yellow with central dark streaks. Dorsal sepal obliquely erect, 9–12 × 7–9 mm. Lateral sepals obliquely deflexed below labellum, 15–25 × 2.5–4.5 mm. Petals horizontal or drooping; stalk 3–5.5 mm long, green; blade ovate, 7–13 × 4–9 mm. Labellum 12–17 mm long; lateral lobes 2–3.5 × 1–2 mm, papillate, irregularly toothed; midlobe ovate, 7–13 × 6–12 mm. Callus ridges 2, 6–8 mm long, densely papillate, apex irregularly folded.
