Leaves 2, 100–200 × 3–5 mm, folded. Flower stem 200–350 mm, 2–8-flowered. Flowers 25–35 mm across, yellow to orange-yellow with brown markings. Dorsal sepal erect, 8–12 × 9–14 mm. Lateral sepals deflexed, crossed and often recurved, 14–22 × 2–4 mm. Petals erect to slightly recurved; stalk 5–8 mm long, greenish brown; blade broadly elliptic, 7–13 × 6–10 mm. Labellum 5–9 mm long; lateral lobes 4–7 × 3–5 mm, irregularly toothed; midlobe flattish, margins shallowly downcurved, broadly wedge-shaped when flattened, 4–5 × 5–7 mm. Callus ridges 2, 4–6 mm long, incurved.
