Leaves 2 or 3, 150–400 × 8–12 mm, folded. Flower stem 200–400 mm tall, 6–10-flowered. Flowers 20–25 mm across, light yellow with dark brown markings on base of dorsal sepal and labellum. Dorsal sepal erect, 9–11 × 4.5–6 mm. Lateral sepals deflexed, 12–15 × 1.5–2 mm. Petals obliquely erect; stalk 4–6 mm long, blackish; blade elliptical to ovate, 8–12 × 5–6 mm. Labellum 9–12 mm long; lateral lobes 3–4 × 0.8–1.5 mm; midlobe ovate, 7–9 × 5–7 mm, flat. Callus ridges 2, 3–4 mm long, divergent.
