Leaves 5–10, tufted, 50–100 × 2–3 mm, spirally twisted. Flower stem 150–350 mm, 1–8-flowered. Flowers semi-nodding, 25–35 mm across, pale yellow to bright yellow with reddish brown or purplish central markings, numerous external reddish markings. Dorsal sepal obliquely erect or recurved, 10–12 × 4–5 mm. Lateral sepals obliquely deflexed, 14–17 × 2–2.5 mm. Petals widely spreading, nearly horizontal; stalk 4–8 mm long, red-brown; blade ovate, 12–16 × 7–9 mm. Labellum 15–18 mm long; lateral lobes 4–5 × 2 mm, deeply toothed; midlobe heart-shaped, 13–16 × 10–12 mm, flat. Callus ridges 2, 6–7 mm long, widely separated, apex irregular.
