Characteristics

Leaves 2, 50–150 × 1–2 mm, straight. Flower stem 60–150 mm tall, 1–2-flowered. Flowers nodding, 12–16 mm across, pale yellow with dark lines on dorsal sepal, lateral sepals pale green-brown with darker streaks. Dorsal sepal obliquely erect, 7–10 × 5–6 mm. Lateral sepals obliquely deflexed, 15–20 × 2.5–3 mm. Petals drooping, often partially overlapped by labellum midlobe; stalk 2–3 mm long; blade narrowly elliptical, 9–14 × 4.5–5 mm. Labellum obliquely decurved, 14–16 mm long; lateral lobes tiny, triangular, c. 2 × 1 mm; midlobe ovate, 13–15 × 7–10 mm; apex bluntly pointed. Callus ridges 2, 3–5 mm long, usually dark yellow, papillate, irregular, ending in central ridge.
