Characteristics

Leaf 15–20 mm across, round to heart-shaped, green, grey-green or blue-green, with or without darker lines and veins, smooth. Flower stem 100–250 mm tall. Pedicel 10–12 mm long. Tepals 11–15 × 0.5–1 mm, pale green or pinkish. Labellum basal stalk 5–7 mm long, pale green, unspotted. Labellum lamina 12–14 × 3–3.5 mm, uniformly dark purplish black (sometimes greenish purple in the middle); head structure short, narrowed, densely covered with shiny black calli; middle section cylindrical, covered with short, bristly hairs (no wart-like calli); tail upcurved, glabrous. Column 10–12 mm long; foot 8–10 mm long. Anther cap blunt, with no apical point.
