Characteristics

Leaf 5–15 mm across, heart-shaped, greyish or bluish grey with prominent dark green lines and veins, glabrous. Flower stem 150–300 mm tall. Pedicel 10–15 mm long. Tepals 7–10 × 0.3–0.5 mm, pale green. Labellum basal stalk 3–4 mm long, pale green, unspotted. Labellum lamina 6–8 × 3 mm, uniformly dark purple; head structure swollen, densely covered with glossy black, wart-like calli and short hairs; middle section swollen, with short, bristly hairs (no wart-like calli); tail short and straight or slightly upcurved, glabrous. Column 5–7 mm long; foot 3–4 mm long. Anther cap with curved apical point.
