Leaves alternate; nanophylls absent; stipules narrowly linear-lanceolate, 8-10 × 1-1.2 mm, sparsely puberulent, without cystoliths; petiole 1.5-5 mm; leaf blade obliquely elliptic, 11-17 × 3.5-5.5 cm, papery, major basal lateral veins both arising at base of leaf blade, abaxial surface sparsely strigillose, adaxial surface sparsely hirtellous, cystolith absent; base obliquely cuneate, margin dentate, apex caudate.
