Characteristics

Lip 20–21 × 10–11 mm, 3-lobed in the apical third; side lobes rounded, mid-lobe 6 × 8 mm, subquadrate, truncate or emarginate, the edge erose; callus of 2 ridges terminating in papillae on mid-lobe.

Flowers shiny green or yellow-green, the lip greenish-white with some purplish marks on the mid-lobe and purple-brown veining on the side lobes.
Leaves 2–3, erect, 18–40 cm × 5–8 mm, linear, acuminate, plicate, absent or just starting to develop at flowering time.
Perennating organs subterranean, tuberous, 3–5 × 2–4 cm, ovoid or ellipsoid; roots fine, 1–1.5 mm in diameter.
Dorsal sepal 15–26 × 4–7 mm, lanceolate, subacute; lateral sepals 17–28 × 5–7 mm, obliquely lanceolate, acute.
