Lip 18–30 × 10–16 mm, 3-lobed in the basal third; side lobes small, rounded; mid-lobe 10–18 × 9.5–16.5 mm, ovate, obtuse, the edge somewhat undulate; callus of 2 ridges 6 mm long at base of lip, with some papillae in the centre of the mid-lobe; spur 5–5.5 mm long, cylindrical.
