Much like no. 19 [Eupatorium rotundifolium L.], but the lvs narrower, mostly lanceolate or lance-ovate to elliptic-ovate, mostly coarsely and unevenly toothed; upper lvs and main branches of the infl tending to be alternate; diploids and polyploids.
