Leaves ± concolorous, often in short brachyblasts; petiole 2–7 mm long; lamina oblanceolate, obovate or spathulate, 9–50 mm long, 3–13 mm wide; base attenuate, cuneate; margins entire; tip obtuse; lateral veins 4 or 5. Male flowers sessile; sepals 2, linear-lanceolate, 0.7–1 mm long; stamens 2. Female flowers sessile; sepals 4, triangular, 0.5–0.8 mm long; styles 2, 0.8–1 mm long. Fruits globose, c. 7 mm long and 8 mm diam. Seeds ovoid, c. 4 mm long, 3.5 mm wide.
