Characteristics

Plants slender, 350-570 mm; leaves cauline, many, narrowly oblong to linear-lanceolate, acute or attenuate, 35-110 x 6-8 mm. Inflorescences fairly dense, many-flowered; bracts lanceolate, acuminate, to 35 mm long, the lower much exceeding the flowers; ovary straight, subsessile, 10-12 mm long. Flowers green with yellowish-green petals and lip, erect and angled at the ovary then spreading. Median sepal erect, concave, narrowly ovate, acute, c. 5.5 mm long; lateral sepals spreading, lanceolate, acute, c. 5.5 mm long. Petals obliquely narrowly oblong, curved, acute, adherent to the median sepal and as long as it. Lip tripartite, carnose, c. 6 mm long; midlobe erect in front of the gynostemium, subulate, c. 4 mm long, less than 1.5 times the length of the side lobes; side lobes narrowly oblong, c. 3 mm long; spur filiform, shorter than the ovary, 7-11 mm long. Anther truncate, c. 1.7 mm tall, canals vestigial; stigmatic processes clavate, c. 1.7 mm long; central rostellum lobe fleshy, peg-like, obtuse, 1.2-2 5.5-9.5 mm long. Petals simªple, obliquely ovate, acute, curved, 5-8.5 mm long, adhering to the median sepal. Lip tripartite, carnose, 5.8-9.6 mm long; midlobe erect in front of the gynostemium, oblong, obtuse, 3.8-6 mm long, at least 1.5 times as long as the side lobes; side lobes narrowly oblong, 2-4 mm long; spur filiform, longer than ovary, 16-35 mm long. An-ther truncate, c. 2 mm tall, canals to 0.5 mm long; stigmatic processes clavate, c. 1.2 mm long; cenªtral rostellum lobe subulate, c. 1.2 mm long, with a fleshy median crest.
