Lip 3-lobed ± to base; mid-lobe 12–15 × 3–5 mm, oblanceolate, acute; side lobes 14–19 × 3–9 mm, obliquely oblanceolate, acute; spur 8–9 mm long, slightly swollen at apex, blunt.
