Inflorescences lax to dense, many-flowered; bracts lanceolate, acute, glandular-pubescent, to 23 mm long; ovary with pedicel curved, pedicel 3-7 mm long, ovary 8-11 mm long. Flowers white with sepals and ovary green. Median sepal elliptic, obtuse, 3-5 mm long; lateral sepals obovate, obtuse or acute, 4-6.5 mm long. Petals bipartite, lobes erect; upper lobe narrowly oblong to lanceolate, puberulous, 3-5 mm long; lower lobe ovate to ovate-lanceolate, glabrous or minutely papillose, shorter than the upper and usually broader, 1-3.3 mm long. Lip tripartite, porrect; midlobe longer and usually narrower than the side lobes, oblong, obtuse, 3-7 mm long; side lobes spreading, ovate to oblong or lanceolate, 2-5 mm long; spur tapered from a widened mouth, slightly inflated apically, 9-15 mm long. Anther reflexed, thecae c. 3 mm tall, canals upcurved, 0.5-1 mm long; stigmatic processes porrect, 1-2 mm long; central rostellum lobe subulate, c. 1 mm long.
