Characteristics

Plants fairly robust, 220-830 mm; leaves cauline, many, suberect, lanceolate to linear-lanceolate, acute, 80-180 mm long. Inflorescences dense, many-flowered; bracts lanceolate, acute, glandular-pubescent, to 25 mm long; ovary with pedicel curved, pedicel 10-17 mm long, ovary 12-16 mm long. Flowers white with green ovary, tips of the perianth lobes and stigmas. Median sepal elliptic, obtuse, 4.5-6.5 mm long; lateral sepals semi-obovate, 6-8 mm long. Petals deeply bipartite; upªper lobe erect, linear-oblanceolate, acute, puªberulous, 4-7 mm long; lower lobe spreading, ovate to lanceolate, ciliolate, 2.5-8 mm long. Lip tripartite from near the base, porrect; midlobe longer and narrower than the side lobes, oblong-linear, obtuse, 7-10 (-12) mm long; side lobes elªliptic to elliptic-lanceolate, obtuse, 5-9.5 mm long; spur incurved, slightly inflated in the apical half, 23-43 mm long. Anther reflexed, 3-4 mm tall, canals upcurved, touching throughout their length, c. 2 mm long; stigmatic processes porrect, clavate, 2-3.5 mm long; central rostellum lobe subulate, c. 2.5 mm long.
