Leaves 6 to 8, scattered on lower half of flower stem, lower ones reduced to bracts, 30–80 × 20–35 mm. Flower stem 250–400 mm tall, 10–30-flowered. Flowers 15–18 × 10–13 mm, green and white. Dorsal sepal broadly ovate, 4.5–5 × 4.5–5 mm. Lateral sepals divergent, 4.5–5 × 3.5–4 mm, margins incurved. Petals divided into 2 lobes; posterior lobe 6 × 1.5 mm; anterior lobe c. 3 mm long, incurved. Labellum 3-lobed; lateral lobes at c. 30° to midlobe, thread-like, 6–7 × 0.5 mm, curved; midlobe linear, 6–7.5 × 1 mm, deflexed or incurved. Spur 11–13 mm long, curved, tip widened.
