Plants slender to fairly robust, 200-400 mm; leaves cauline, many, elliptic to narrowly oblong, acute, margins horny, 30-60 (-90) x 7-15 mm. Inflorescences fairly dense, many-flowered; bracts lanceolate, acuminate, to 32 mm long, much exceeding the flowers; ovary straight, subsessile, 10-18 mm long. Flowers green with yellowish-green petals and lip, erect and angled at the ovary then spreading. Median sepal erect, cucullate, ovate, acute, 5-9.5 mm long; lateral sepals deflexed, narªrowly oblong, acute, 5.5-9.5 mm long. Petals simªple, obliquely ovate, acute, curved, 5-8.5 mm long, adhering to the median sepal. Lip tripartite, carnose, 5.8-9.6 mm long; midlobe erect in front of the gynostemium, oblong, obtuse, 3.8-6 mm long, at least 1.5 times as long as the side lobes; side lobes narrowly oblong, 2-4 mm long; spur filiform, longer than ovary, 16-35 mm long. An-ther truncate, c. 2 mm tall, canals to 0.5 mm long; stigmatic processes clavate, c. 1.2 mm long; cenªtral rostellum lobe subulate, c. 1.2 mm long, with a fleshy median crest.
