Characteristics

Lip 3-lobed to c. 2 mm from base; mid-lobe 13–16 × 2.3–3 mm; side lobes 18–22 × 5–8.5 mm; spur 20–21 mm long, swollenin apical half.

Dorsal sepal erect, 11 × 5–5.5 mm, elliptic, convex; lateral sepals 12 × 2–2.5 mm, reflexed, rolled up lengthways.
Stem erect, with 2 basal foliage leaves and about 6 sheath-like leaves scattered along its length.
Basal leaves appressed to ground, the larger 3–3.5 × 3–4.5 cm, ± orbicular, cordate at base.
Inflorescence 10–16 × 5–8 cm, laxly 3–8-flowered; bracts up to 18 mm long.
Petals 11 × 2.5 mm, entire, falcate, adnate to dorsal sepal.
Sepals green, petals and lip white.
Ovary and pedicel c. 25 mm long.
