Petals 2-lobed almost to base; posterior lobe erect, 4–8 × 0.5–1 mm, linear; anterior lobe 9–11 mm long, less than 0.5 mm wide, filiform, curving up.
Dorsal sepal erect, 4.8–6.3 × 3–4 mm, ovate, convex; lateral sepals reflexed, 6–7 × 2–3.5 mm, obliquely ovate, apiculate.
Basal leaf appressed to the ground, 4–7 × 5–8 cm, reniform, cordate at base; bract-like stem leaves 10–15 mm long.
Inflorescence 15–22 × 2.5–4 cm, rather laxly 20 to many-flowered; bracts c. 12 mm long.
Terrestrial herb 35–45 cm tall; tubers 20–25 × 15–20 mm, ellipsoid, villous.
Stem erect, with 1 basal leaf and several bract-like stem leaves.
Ovary and pedicel 10–18 mm long, semi-erect and slightly arched.
Anther c. 3 mm high, erect; canals c. 1.5 mm long, porrect.
Flowers green or yellow-green.
Stigmatic arms 1–2 mm long.
