Hypanthium broadly campanulate, c. 4 mm deep; appendages divaricate. Sepals triangular-acuminate, 1-2 mm long, incurved to convergent in fruit. Petals 5 or 6, obovate, 1-1.5 cm long, orange-yellow. Ovary 3-6-locular. Capsule globose, c. 4 mm diam.; dehiscence loculicidal.
