Erect or diffuse suffrutex, 0.1-0.3 m high, much branched, glandular. Leaves petiolate, strap-shaped, inciso-dentate or subpinnatifid, with obtuse lobes. Stipules amplexicaul, small. Inflorescences 2-flowered; peduncles ± 20 mm long; pedicels filiform, sparsely hairy with glandular and longish, white, simple hairs. Flowers 8 mm long, pink. Calyx campanulate, cleft ± halfway, sparsely glandular, margins with white stellate and simple hairs. Petals twice as long as calyx, spreading, obovate. Flowering time Sept.-May. Fruit a capsule thrice as long as calyx, ± oblong, with shapes of seeds clearly outlined, stellate-hairy at sutures.
