Characteristics

Decumbent, suffruticose dwarf shrub, branches 0.15-0.20 m long; glabrous with few scattered glandular hairs. Leaves petiolate, cuneate at base, ovate-oblong to strapshaped, pinnatifid, lobes obtuse. Stipules small, ovate. Inflorescences 2-flowered; peduncles ± 35 mm long; pedicels filiform, glabrous. Flowers 10 mm long, white to pink, sweet scented. Calyx campanulate, 5-lobed to beyond middle, main vein and margins reddish brown; glabrous. Petals twice as long as calyx, spreading. Flowering time July-Apr.
