Perennial herb, ± 0.07 m high. Stems procumbent or decumbent. Leaves petiolate, greyish green; blade linear to narrowly ovate-oblong, margins serrulate in upper part, entire below, both surfaces densely stellate-pubescent, lower surface prominently reticulate. Flowers: in 2-or 3-flowered cymes; calyx deeply cut, segments broadly subulate, half as long as petals; petals dark pink; Sep., Oct.
Procumbent herb. Leaf blade linear to lanceolate-oblong, prominently reticulate beneath, 45 x 8-10 mm, serrulate above, entire below, cuneate at base, scarcely scaberulous with greyish, finely stellate hairs, bullate above. Inflorescence a 2-or 3-flowered cyme. Flowers dark pink.
