Characteristics

Decumbent, straggling, suffruticose dwarf shrub, branches 0.20-0.25 m long, filiform; densely, coarsely stellate-hairy, intermixed with glandular hairs. Leaves petiolate, cuneate at base, oblanceolate to narrowly obtrullate, serrate in upper half. Stipules small. Inflorescences 2-flowered; peduncles 10-15 mm long; pedicels filiform, densely white stellate-hairy. Flowers 3 mm long, yellow-brown. Calyx campanulate, 5-lobed to middle. Petals slightly longer than calyx. Flowering time Sept.-Mar.
