Affinis sed figura et dentatione foliorum, pedunculis plerumque brevioribus, petalis latioribus pallid ioribus, staminum ordine et seminum indumento differt.-Frutex?; rami virgati, stellato-tomentosi, foliosi: stipulae 3 mm. longae, subulatae, caducae; petiolio 0.3-1.5 cm. longi; laminae subreniformes, cordatae, apice rotundatae, 1.2-3.5 x 1.4-3 cm., pallide virides et utrinque dense tomentellae; nervi supra obscuri, infra prominentes; margines crenato-dentatae: flores solitarii, axillares; pedunculi 1-1.5 cm. longi; bracteae involucrales subulatae, circiter 5 mm. longae, calycis lobis ovato-lanceolatis apiculatis paullo breviores: petala 1.3-1.5 x 1-1.2 cm., pallide rubida: stamina in tubo spiraliter haud verticillato-disposita: semina albo-villosa.
