Plants erect, scape with bracts, slender with a few short hairs at the base, c. 140 mm high; leaf solitary, withered at anthesis. Flowers: Sepals glabrous, 2.5 x 0.8 mm. Petals entire, membranous, oblong 4 x 1.5 mm, white. Lip membranous, entire or with small acute side lobes, 3.5 x 3 mm, white; spur straight, acute, 1-2 mm long.
