Plants erect, scape without bracts, glabrous or with short fine hairs at right angles to the scape, 50-60 mm high; leaves glabrous. Flowers: Sepals glabrous, 1.5-3 x c. 0.5 mm. Petals entire, membranous, apices attenuate, 3-4.5 x 0.5-1.5 mm, white. Lip membranous, divided into many triangular lobes, 5.5-6.5 x 2.5-5.5 mm, white; spur straight, 3.5-6.5 mm long.
Petals 2.75–4.2 × 1–1.4 mm; lanceolate, acuminate, entire, united to lip at the base.
Dorsal sepal 1.75–2.2 × 1.2 mm, lateral sepals 2.25–2.75 × 1.2–1.5 mm.
Inflorescence laxly several-flowered, flowers secund; ovary 4 mm long.
Lip 5.3–7 × 3.5–5.2 mm, obovate or cuneate, with 6–9 shallow teeth.
Leaves 2, appressed to ground, c. 13 × 10 mm, broadly ovate.
Spur 2.5–3 mm long, slender, tapering.
Scape without sheaths, sparsely hairy.
Terrestrial herb 5–8 cm tall.
Anther 1.25 mm tall.
Ovary glabrous.
Flowers white.
