Plants erect, scape with bracts, stout, 135-270 mm high, moderately to densely pilose with short fine velvety hairs; leaves glabrous. Flowers: Sepals glabrous, 2-6 x 0.5-2.5 mm. Petals divided into 4-9 filiform, slightly carnose lobes, 2.5-10 x 1-2.5 mm, green to pale greenish-cream to ochre. Lip divided into 5-11 filiform slightly carnose lobes, colour as for petals; spur curved, half to equal the length of the lip, 2.5-5.5 mm long.
Slender, tuberous geophyte, up to 270 mm tall, scape thinly hairy. Leaves 2, basal, ovate, glabrous. Flowers many in a dense raceme, sepals green, petals and lip green or yellow, petals with 4-9 filiform lobes, lip spurred and divided into 5-11 filiform lobes.
