Characteristics

Shrub to 2 m tall; indumentum grey, hairs coiled. Leaves: stipules 0.8–1 mm long; petiole 3–5.5 mm long; lamina narrow-elliptic to narrow-oblanceolate or narrow-oblong to lorate, 3–6 cm long, 4–8.5 mm wide, margin ± recurved, upper surface ± smooth, hairs along midrib. Inflorescences mostly of 2 or 3 flowers, peduncle 1–2 mm long; pedicel 1–2.5 mm long, bract at or near base; bract and bracteoles ovate, 0.8–1.5 mm long. Calyx 3.5–4.8 mm long, tube 2.2–2.7 mm long, upper lip c. 3 mm wide. Standard 7.5–8.3 mm long, flare white; wing 3–3.8 mm wide. Pod densely hairy, sessile. Mature aril not seen.
