Characteristics
A short plant which keeps growing from year to year. It may or may not have hairs. The leaves are at the base and divided into leaflets along the stalk. There are backward pointing triangle shaped lobes. These have teeth. The flower heads are yellow and like dandelion flowers. They are 25-35 mm across and occur singly on roughened leafless stalks. The florets all have rays. The florets overlap and the outer ones are longer than the inner ones. The flower bracts are narrow.
