Inflorescences in upper leaf axils, racemes 3-9-flowered; peduncles overtopping leaves, erect or spreading, ca. 14 cm. Pedicels 1.5-2 cm, bracteate at base; bracts persistent, ovate, 5-6 × 2-3 mm, membranous, apex cuspidate. Flowers yellow or purple-tinged, ca. 4 cm deep. Lateral sepals 4; outer 2: broadly ovate, 6-8 × 3-5 mm, apex mucronulate, abaxially not thickened, 3-5-veined; inner 2: lanceolate, ca. 1.2 cm, 3-veined.
