Characteristics

Caule decumbente herbaceo subterete, foliis breve petiolatis 3-4 jugis cum impari, foliolis alter-nis obovatis obovato-oblongis v. subobcordato-ovatis utrinque adpresse pubescenti-strigosis, stipulis ovato-lanceolatis parvis, spicis axillaribus pedunculatis 4-6 floris folium paulo superantibus, leguminibus pendulis subcylindricis 4 spermis, seminibus isthmis discretis.

Slender, prostrate or decumbent shrublet to 20 cm. Leaves pinnately 7-11-foliolate, petiole 4-10 mm, leaflets alternate, oblanceolate to obcordate, thinly hairy. Flowers in racemes on peduncles ± as long as or longer than leaves, pink or mauve, 6-7 mm long, back of standard petal thinly hairy, calyx 3-4 mm long, lobes lanceolate. Pods thinly hairy, yellowish brown.
