Annual, with greenish or reddish branches, which are shortly white pubescent and also carry long straight spreading hairs.. Leaves 1-foliolate; stipules asymmetrically ovate-lanceolate, 3–5 mm. long and 0.8–1.2 mm. wide; petiole 1–2 mm. long; blade elliptic-oblong or obovate, up to 11 or 17 mm. long and 6 or 9 mm. wide, appressed pubescent on both sides.. Racemes 1–2-flowered; rhachis pubescent, 5–12 mm. long; pedicels 0.6–0.9 mm. long.. Calyx pilose, ± 2 mm. long, including the tube of 0.5 mm.; lobes filiform, not gland-tipped.. Corolla pubescent outside.. Stamens almost 3 mm. long.. Pod more or less erect, straight, 4–5 mm. long, 1.7 mm. wide, 0.7 mm. thick, pubescent, ± 3-seeded.
