Stipules dark brown, lanceolate-acuminate, up to 9 mm. long and 3 mm. wide, pilose at the margins, ± 9-nerved; petiole 1–2 mm. long; leaf-blade oblong, up to 25 mm. long and 8 mm. wide, somewhat narrowed at the base, rounded and apiculate at the apex, hirsute on both surfaces, the midrib impressed above, with ± 10 pairs of lateral nerves prominent beneath.. Racemes hirsute, 4–5-flowered, up to 2 cm. long including a peduncle of 3–4 mm.; bracts small, caducous.. Calyx hirsute, divided almost to the base, ± 2.5 mm. long.. Corolla pubescent outside..
