Stipules subulate, up to 3 mm. long; rhachis, including a petiole of 1–3 mm., up to 17 mm. long, prolonged 0–3 mm. beyond the lateral leaflets; leaflets 3 or rarely 5, oblanceolate, up to 20 mm. long and 5 mm. wide, the terminal longer than the lateral, strigose on both surfaces.. Racemes very dense, 15–20-flowered, ± blackish strigose, the fertile part 1–2 cm., the peduncle up to 3 cm. long.. Calyx blackish strigose, 2–3 mm. long, divided almost to the base.. Standard pointed, dark strigose outside. Keel rostrate, blackish strigose near the tip.. Stamens ± 3 mm. long..
