Shrubby, rigid, divaricately much branched; twigs canescent, at length spinous; leaves sessile, trifoliolate; leaflets cuneate-obovate, emarginate, thinly silky on one or both sides; racemes subsessile, few flowered, as long or twice as long as the leaves; calyx 5-toothed; petals canescent; legumes compressed, falcate, 4-3 seeded, netted with veins, thinly pubescent.
