Characteristics

Leaf lamina very variable in shape and size, linear oblong, linear-lanceolate, up to largely lanceolate or oblong-lanceolate, 3–12·5 × 0·3–3 cm., largely acute at the apex, cuneate at the base, greyish-pubescent, more so beneath; petiole 1–3 mm. long.
