Leaves long-petiolate; lamina oblong-ovate, up to 30 cm. long and 15 cm. wide, apex acute, base subcordate, margins crenate or doubly crenate, slightly pruinose, green; petiole up to 7 cm. long, subterete, grooved above, broadened at the base, ± purplish.. Inflorescence a paniculate cyme to 50 cm. long and 30 cm. broad; pedicels 9–15 mm. long.. Calyx-lobes narrowly lanceolate, 7–13 mm. long, 1.5–2.5 mm. wide, connate at the base for 0.5–1 mm.. Corolla yellowish green with cream or yellow lobes; tube 17–19 mm. long; lobes 9–10.5 mm. long, 5–6.5 mm. wide.. Anthers with apical glands 0.2 mm. in diameter; episepalous stamens included 2 mm. within the tube, anthers ± 1.5 mm. long, 0.85 mm. wide; epipetalous anthers exserted, 1.3 mm. long, 0.7–0.8 mm. wide..
