Leaves 14–26(–30)-foliolate; leaflets elliptic or ± oblong, 0.5–1.7 cm. long, 2–6.5 mm. wide, eccentrically acute and mucronulate at the apex, obliquely rounded at the base, sometimes denticulate and glandular-ciliate, glandular pubescent to practically glabrous on both surfaces; basal nerves 4–6, the principal one submarginal and bristly beneath; venation rather prominent beneath; petiole and rhachis together 1–6.5 cm. long; petiolules 0.5 mm. long; stipules ovate-lanceolate, 0.7–1.5 cm. long, 2.5–4 mm. wide, acute, scarious, pubescent, persistent.. Inflorescences axillary, dense, 3–5 cm. long, subsessile or with a peduncle up to 1 cm. long; pedicels 1–1.2 cm. long; bracts ovate or lanceolate, 0.6–1.2 cm. long, 3–4 mm. wide, acuminate, pubescent and setose; bracteoles free, ovate or lanceolate-falcate, 4–9 mm. long, 2–2.5 mm. wide, acuminate, pubescent and setose..
