Characteristics

Rigid, somewhat spinescent shrublet to 50 cm. Leaves imparipinnate, leaflets oblong. Flowers scattered on rigid, at length somewhat spinescent peduncles longer than leaves, pink to purple. Pods obliquely broadly ovate, compressed around margins but subinflated in middle, mostly distinctly veined, pedicels longer than calyx and mostly blackish hairy.
