Flowers: in heads, up to 18 mm in diameter; stamens 10, free; anthers with scattered hairs; white to pale yellowish white; Feb.-May. Pods light to dark brown, with a stipe up to 25 mm long, oblong, compressed, 100-180 x 14-18 mm, raised over seeds and dehiscing into 2 non-recurving valves.
