Origin: in Monticello, Minn. by Marion Hagerstrom. Introd. in 1977 by Herschel L. Boll, Champaign, Ill. Jersey Sweet × Sweet Delicious. Cross made about 1943. Tree: highly productive, vigorous, hardy. Fruit: resembles Delicious, but slightly larger, ripens late August in Minnesota.
