Origin: in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, by C.F. Patterson, Univ. of Sask. Introd. in 1960 for home gardens. Columbia × Wealthy; selected in 1950; tested as A60-202. Tree: hardy; productive. Fruit: up to 2 1/2 inches long and 2 inches in diam.; skin cream overlaid with light red; flesh mildly subacid, quality good; ripens in midseason.
