Tree: size medium; vigor medium; spreading; hardy; very productive, bearing regularly; blooms with Golden Delicious. Nearly immune to fire blight. Fruit: large, averages about 3 inches in diam.; ovoid-conical, slightly ribbed; skin bright red, waxy, thin, tender, glossy; dots few, large, cream-colored, lenticular; flesh yellowish, tender, crisp, very juicy, finegrained, aroma distinct; does not shrivel in cold storage; ripens in September and October; resembles Golden Delicious in size, shape, texture, and quality.
