Bud mutation of Topred Delicious, induced by x-irradiation in 1964, discovered in 1971. Tree: spur-type; medium small; upright, vase-shape, more compact than Starkrimson Delicious; vigor moderate; very productive. Fruit: large, 3 to 3 1/4 inches; ovoid, truncate at base; skin bright red, striped; flesh white with greenish tinge, crisp, mild; a dessert variety; ripens 25 Sept.
