Characteristics

Inflorescence up to 5 cm, stout, rusty puberulous; basal bracts up to 4 mm. Sepals 4(-5), broader than long. Petals 4(-5), glabrous outside. Stamens 4(-5). Fruit (immature) ovoid, 1¼ by ¾ cm.
